Pregnancy:


           Pregnancy is a condition in which a zygote develops in the uterus. The placenta, which is the organ of communication between the mother and embryo, new forms within uterine wall. The placenta is filled with a fluid called amniotic fluid that breaks during the onset of labor. The normal gestation period is about 40 weeks.


            Immediately after delivery a hormone called prolactin promotes the milk secretion to feed the new born. The product of conception up to the 3rd month is called as embryo and it is referred as fetus. During pregnancy, there will be a change in uterus, vagina and breast.
Stages of pregnancy:
            Pregnancy is divided into 3 stages, which are commonly referred to as trimester of pregnancy.



·    1st trimester of pregnancy:
                    1st trimester starts from 1st week and last until 14th week. In this stage of pregnancy there is no change in the women’s body.
                    According to the department of Health and Human Service(HHS) the common pregnancy symptoms which is seen in 1st trimester that are - fatigue, nausea, vomiting, food craving, headaches, morning sickness, frequent urination, swelling and tender rest.
                    Within a few weeks the body starts transforming from a mass of cell to identify well human fetus. Vital organs of the baby start developing from this stage.
·    2nd trimester of pregnancy:
              Its consider to be the earliest stage for pregnant women. It least until 6th month of pregnancy. Most of the symptoms of 1st trimester either sub site or go off completely. But other symptoms arises that is – shortness of breath, sensitivity in breast, dizziness, pain and muscle ache.
              The baby continuous to grow start blinking its eyes begins to kick and move inside the uterus etc.
·    3rd trimester of pregnancy:
              3rd trimester is the least until the child birth. Its consider to be the most difficult stage of a pregnant women. By this stage the baby is fully grown in size and weight. The mother feels physical discomfort and undergoes many emotional changes.
               By these stage the organ and respiratory system of the baby are fully matured the fully continuous grow by adding lyres of fat.
