The latest version of Photoshop is CC. CS6 is previous version of CC. By default Photoshop CS6 has 3D option, but sometimes 3D option or 3D menu does not show on menu bar. You will see 3D option if you are using Windows 8 or later version. But if you use Window 7, 3D menu does show on menu bar on Windows 7.
